This is the last of our core and glutes strengthening classes before we integrate our strength into our dances.
Class 11 in this series. Coming into our last couple of classes in this series. Well done everyone and as always, we love to hear from you, please let us know how you are getting on!
Now we get used to using our core stability & strength with more dynamic functional movements 😉

Progressing our core and glute conditioning once again! Make sure to really engage with those muscles, focus on the exercises and as always if the progressions are a little too much for you, work with where you are at today, no need to push through.
Gaining more and more awareness of the muscles of our core.. Activating and strengthening those muscles once more in class 6 of this winter series.
We hope you’re enjoying this series so far. Again, Make sure to work at your own pace and be kind to yourself in the process.
