I’ve very much enjoyed practicing Mandala sequencing over the last few weeks. I do hope you enjoy this next month of moving 360 around the mat with the intention of lighthearted playfulness.
In this 30 minute flow we will be working on our flexibility & mobility. This can be a practice that you come back to again and again, perfect as an energising morning stretch.
PLEASE NOTE… My mistake! I forget to do the deep quad stretch from low lunge position on the left side – feel free to pause me during the practice and pop it in on the left also. My apologies, I didn’t notice until I uploaded it.

In this 35-minute vinyasa flow, we move towards our peak posture natarajasana, bringing heat into the body as we move. Lean in to your inner dancer, find a sense of calm within all of the wobbles and, as always, have fun!
