Today’s Sunday class, we started with our journals and assessed the last 7 days before looking at the week ahead! Then we opened up allll down our front body (aka the anterior chain). I do hope you enjoy this class.
P.s – I did mention that I recorded this in better quality also – I did.. My camera died for the last 5 minutes, so i’m uploading the zoom recording for now and will make some edits and upload the better quality tomorrow x
Firstly grab your journal and pen and then Enjoy this intuitive flow.. Basically, I had no plan for this practice – and when I do this I can be known to make the odd mistake – you’ll notice I miss the ‘lunge quad stretch’ on the left leg so please add that somewhere! apologies. Enjoy it all xx

I think this is a great one to keep coming back to. A guided mindful meditation to take a look at emotions, especially those that pay us a visit post competition. It’s a time that we can acknowledge and accept how we feel with some kindness and compassion. Come into this class with an open mind and heart. Grab your yoga mat, journal, pen and perhaps a cosy corner and some space to yourself x

This class focuses on breathing whilst bracing the muscles of the core: Remember that if you were to chop your arms and legs off thats your core – so lots of muscle groups included. We take this class nice & slowly really feeling into each muscle and their function.
